About the Relationship Fitness Center PDF Print

The Relationship Fitness Center (RFC) is a Houston, Texas-based Global Education Consulting Firm that was first founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1990 as Self-MACC, Inc and through a process of evolution transformed into the Relationship Fitness Center (RFC) in 2005.  The firm relocated to Houston, Texas after Hurricane Katrina.  The RFC is a minority woman-owned business and is certified with the State of Texas HUB, the Houston Minority Business Council, METRO and the Port of Houston Authority. 

The RFC is composed of a tightly knit group of highly-qualified and committed professionals from various disciplines, all certified in Relationship Fitness Education (RFE).

About Mr. Mirror

Many people know Berwick as Mahdi Fard Muhammad and/or “Mr. Mirror. About nineteen-years ago Berwick legally changed his name to Mahdi Fard Muhammad in an effort to distance himself from the harsh realities of his childhood. He had no idea those experiences, coupled with a new found understanding of the laws and principles of ecology would serve as the impetus for birthing a new relationship technology into existence. It was the Relationship Fitness Center’s Building Relationship Power program that provided Berwick with the knowledge and skills to not only embrace his childhood experiences, but recycle them into transformative learning opportunities. Now Mahdi Fard Muhammad has become Berwick Davenport in all his fullness.
